Senior Marketing Manager
Senior Marketing Manager Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 City of London This well established non-for-profit organisation based in London is looking for a senior marketing manager to join the team. You'll be responsible for leading the National Marketing product plans and strategies to drive uptake of the organisation's fundraising interventions. Specifically you'll be: Developing multi-media campaigns to deliver to planned schedules and budgets, including full marketing plans and agency briefs Achieving targets and relevant KPIs as set in the department plan, whilst remaining within budgeted expenditure Ensuring that the team complies with all organisational policies and procedures and external regulation You will also: Maintain a working knowledge of all relevant regulation and law and ensure it is applied appropriately Ensure that the brand is accurately reflected within all marketing activity, and the team adheres to the brand review process and brand guidelines and collaborates with brand where appropriate Write tactical marketing plans in accordance with strategy, service capacity and budgets, with input from relevant departments develop, monitor and continually evolve in year campaign strategies to deliver to department plans Monitor, forecast and report against targets an d expenditure lines Carry out in-depth analysis of campaign performance and apply learning in-campaign and to future campaigns, ensuring results feed into service plans as well as marketing plans Work with Evidence & Insight and Strategic Marketing Planning to derive insights from research and apply to marketing plans You will have: Knowledge of Budgeting, Forecasting and Planning Experience of applying evidence based customer insight development Experience of Channel and Campaign Analysis and multi – channel management Knowledge of writing Multi Channel Marketing Plans, marketing campaign management and vendor and partner management Successfully turned information into insight and applied it to marketing and/or product plans Analysed in campaign performance metrics and applied learning to improve in-campaign and future results Written and delivered multi-channel through-the-line marketing plans

Insights Manager – sports London Up to £45k Calling all sports mad insight specialists! A fantastic opportunity has arisen to be involved with developing insight to inform, inspire and enable evidence-based decision making for a dynamic and world-renowned association within the sporting arena. Your role will involve working with internal and external teams to develop consumer insights to better target consumer groups, and past experience will include working with and managing agencies and using online survey an analytics software. Key responsibilities will include: Leading on and managing the analysis and generation of research regarding future trends Working with key stakeholders to understand research needs and create briefs Supporting on the design, build, maintenance and delivery of the research and insight schedule Managing the development and delivery of the in house research capability, mentoring team members and establishing best practice principles Challenging existing methods or suggesting new ways to tackle issues across the board As well as experience of working on research projects – ideally related to hospitality and high-net worth audiences, you will need strong adhoc and continuous insight experience from an agency or client side environment, preferably within the sporting and event industry.
