Digital and Content Manager Salary up to 32k Based in London Please ONLY apply if your experience is relevant to the job description This leading provider of fuel poverty, energy-efficiency and low-carbon services across the UK, is looking for a PR, Digital and Content Manager You will oversee all public relations activities and marketing content initiatives, across multiple platforms and formats, to increase the company profile across a range of audiences, and drive internal and external engagement, retention, leads, and positive customer interactions with our programmes. This position will require some budgetary responsibility, and potentially some management of external agency resources. The successful applicant will have responsibility for a wide range of duties and will report into the Head of Marketing & Communications. Accountabilities include Support in the development and execution of an effective public relations and content marketing strategy to meet the business objectives within schedule and budget. Support in the development and execution of a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media for our corporate brand and consumer facing brands (our fuel poverty programmes). Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within industry media. Prepare annual tactical marketing plan in collaboration with the Head of Marketing, using company strategies to guide and focus ideas. And a monthly status update to communicate and document progress. Conceive, write and publish press releases, newsletters, ads, blogs, and other digital and print materials, that resonate with the our target market across all our brands.

Brand Manager Greater London A leading haircare brand are looking for an experience brand manager to join their team. They are one of the top brands within the UK for naturally textured and curly hair, ideally the right candidate would have a good understanding/first-hand experience of this hair type. Responsibilities: Create & implement the brand strategy, ensuring plans are commercially sound and deliver against annual sales, gross margin, and growth targets. Work closely with the Global team to develop the 3-year plan ensuring it reflects the consumer insights. Identify and manage local product development needs and deliver in a timely and cost-effective manner to meet each retailer requirements. Assist in new product development as part of the NPD pipeline, ensuring projects are delivered on time. Monitor competitor and market activity to stay ahead of trends and changes. Work cross functionally with UK and Export sales teams, PR, Social, Digital to develop and deliver strong plans for the markets reviewing and approving campaign content Work closely with the sales teams to guide recommendations for on-shelf planograms to maximise consumer shopping experience and sales impact. Help to create and manage the budget for the brand, working closely with the head of marketing and comms to ensure digital, PR, Web, social is reflected. Manage, mentor, and develop a direct report, ensure clarity of role and development. Requirements: Strong experience of branding within the beauty / haircare industry. Sales Account Manager London A specialist haircare brand and one of the fastest growing indie brands in the haircare world, are currently looking for an experienced account manager to join their team. This is an exciting role for someone looking to work in a vibrant and international team with operations across the UK, the US, and wider Europe. Looking to focus on expansion across the UK in both digital retail and brick and mortar, needing someone who can lead on existing accounts as well developing new partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Direct management of select wholesale partners across a variety of global channels both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail. Building the joint business plan with Accounts to drive the sales performance. Leading Account negotiations and developing customer-specific plans to maximise brand exposure, secondary merchandising, promotional campaigns, and overall sales performance. Manage a multi-channel promotional calendar and support Account campaigns while protecting brand integrity. Developing promotions with a clear understanding of margin/volume/profitability. Analyse sales performance by and present findings to internal leadership and to relevant account partners. Forecast planning of inventory on a monthly/quarterly basis. Ensure that new product images, content, samples are provided to retail partners within timelines required. Execute new partner set up including required document submissions. Own and execute sampling programs for all retail partners including forecasting and execution. Represent the brand/be the face of the brand for the channel partners where applicable. Looking for a Brand Campaign Insights Manager to focus on building customer insight led brand campaigns as well as measuring the impact of the activity on customers and business performance. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing senior internal and external stakeholders and driving best in class creative through insight and measurement. Customer Listening Manager Based Surrey (30 mins from London) - hybrid wfh model Salary circa £50k Global restaurant brand looking for a Customer Listening Manager with vendor management experience (Medalia, SMG). Looking for someone who is customer obsessed, passionate about delivering a great customer experience. A great believer in understanding the needs of the customer in providing excellent customer experience. Excellent project management experience is relevant for this role. Your key objective is to improve the quantity, quality and the breadth of the customer feedback received. You will be leading and managing a customer survey programme. With your innovative mindset, you will evolve and improve the programme with a roadmap of new initiatives e.g. digital surveys in cooperation with our global head office and our partner. You will also think creatively, introduce and establish new customer listening tools to capture customer feedback from different sources e.g. social media and through digital channels (web, app, kiosk) to receive representative feedback on all omni channel journeys. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE: Design and implement a structured customer feedback mechanism for all omni channel customer journeys. Driving the CX Survey process, from initiation through to closed loop feedback Manage and continuously improve the customer survey programme.
