They're looking for an experienced, high performing Product Marketing Manager to support their EMEA marketing communications. Responsibilities: Planning, creating, and executing marketing communications and associated campaigns to drive awareness, and communicate the features and benefits of our products and solutions to prospects and clients. To this end, the ability to join the dots through understanding of brand awareness, lead generation and up-sell/cross-sell activities is key. Work closely with product and to lead their go-to-market and external communications plan Driving internal and external awareness/understanding of changes to existing and/or critical information on new products and services through close engagement with the Change Management and Product functions and relevant stakeholders such as US Marketing, when required. Coordinating and delivering communications around legal, regulatory and product updates as required. Marketing process improvements by implementing methods, procedures, and platforms to increase efficiency and scale. They're looking for a Customer Experience professional to join the team responsible for designing compelling client experiences across channels and touch points to improve business and client outcomes. Responsibilities: Ensure that client experience is top-of-mind for leaders and all employees. Support Voice of Client user community with training, guidance, issue resolution, and ad-hoc analysis. Run the programmatic execution of our EMEA Voice of the Client programs. Independently drive workstreams to create client experience change in the business. Bring together internal partners, tools, new processes, and vendors where needed to enhance Client Experience. Identify improvements to CX programs and lead roll-out of new capabilities. Assist in CX planning for business units, including creating and presenting business cases and recommendations. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to update stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate with other team members and other parts of the business on specific client experience projects Requirements: A real passion for and desire to focus on client experience. Corporate Events Manager

Corporate Events Manager (FTC - 9 months) Up to £65,000 London (Financial Services) Main Duties: Manage event planning and delivery for fixed income and equites corporate events in EMEA and APAC. Liaise with internal clients to identify key success metrics and monitor success of events against these. Manage all event logistics from start to finish Partner with marketing colleagues to produce any relevant event materials and supporting content On-site event management as and when required Online manage virtual events Post event management reporting and analysis Partner with digital team members to maximise publicity for events across digital channels, including web, email and social Financial controlling of the assigned budget for agreed events Work with third-party events agencies, other fund groups and distributors, to project manage successful events.
