Brand Manager

Brand Manager Greater London A leading haircare brand are looking for an experience brand manager to join their team. They are one of the top brands within the UK for naturally textured and curly hair, ideally the right candidate would have a good understanding/first-hand experience of this hair type. Responsibilities: Create & implement the brand strategy, ensuring plans are commercially sound and deliver against annual sales, gross margin, and growth targets. Work closely with the Global team to develop the 3-year plan ensuring it reflects the consumer insights. Identify and manage local product development needs and deliver in a timely and cost-effective manner to meet each retailer requirements. Assist in new product development as part of the NPD pipeline, ensuring projects are delivered on time. Monitor competitor and market activity to stay ahead of trends and changes. Work cross functionally with UK and Export sales teams, PR, Social, Digital to develop and deliver strong plans for the markets reviewing and approving campaign content Work closely with the sales teams to guide recommendations for on-shelf planograms to maximise consumer shopping experience and sales impact. Help to create and manage the budget for the brand, working closely with the head of marketing and comms to ensure digital, PR, Web, social is reflected. Manage, mentor, and develop a direct report, ensure clarity of role and development. Requirements: Strong experience of branding within the beauty / haircare industry. Previous experience of managing budgets. Strong organisational skills and project management. Adaptable and flexible. Excellent time management and proficient in Microsoft Office. Ideally a user of the brand or of other curtly hair/textured hair products as a first-hand understanding of the products would be beneficial!

Sales Account Manager

Sales Account Manager London A specialist haircare brand and one of the fastest growing indie brands in the haircare world, are currently looking for an experienced account manager to join their team. This is an exciting role for someone looking to work in a vibrant and international team with operations across the UK, the US, and wider Europe. Looking to focus on expansion across the UK in both digital retail and brick and mortar, needing someone who can lead on existing accounts as well developing new partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Direct management of select wholesale partners across a variety of global channels both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail. Building the joint business plan with Accounts to drive the sales performance. Leading Account negotiations and developing customer-specific plans to maximise brand exposure, secondary merchandising, promotional campaigns, and overall sales performance. Manage a multi-channel promotional calendar and support Account campaigns while protecting brand integrity. Developing promotions with a clear understanding of margin/volume/profitability. Analyse sales performance by and present findings to internal leadership and to relevant account partners. Forecast planning of inventory on a monthly/quarterly basis. Ensure that new product images, content, samples are provided to retail partners within timelines required. Execute new partner set up including required document submissions. Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Senior Digital Marketing Manager Sitting in the comms team and reporting to the Marketing Ops Director for this well-known FMCG food business. The purpose of this role is to set the digital strategy and deliver an innovative, fit for purpose, fully optimised digital template and supporting tools, with a focus on website design, UX /UI, SEO, data collection & CRM, E-commerce, measurement and best practise across the brands digital estate. You will work closely central and IT teams to make sure the business and brands have a strong digital presence and to ensure digital is an integral part of the full marketing plan, with a focus on consumer activation and engagement. This role is all about joining up the dots needed to reach consumers across different touch points. Lots of stakeholder management working with IT, insights agency, media agency, comms director. This is quite a strategic role- not a creative role, but more about digital management and marketing. Help to map out the Digital Strategy & Roadmap, including CRM and e-commerce (Shopify - tbc) and align with key Stakeholders Develop and agree a 3 year rolling digital roadmap and budget Work with the Marketing Operations Director and relevant internal stakeholders to develop the SEO strategy, Customer data and CRM Strategy Align the development of any in house e-commerce with the overall digital strategy Act as a Digital champion in the business- communicating the on-going improvement plan, sharing best practise in UX/UI, SEO, analytics and engagement across markets and brands Manage the digital roadmap for the website development, including the introduction of any enhancements, introduction of tools, updates, migration of new sites Manage relationship with Digital and SEO Agency Effective rollout of digital templates across markets and introduction of new enhancements /tools / assets as required The perfect candidate will have…..
