Digital/ Influencer Brand Manager to £45,000 London (hybrid) Lovely newly created role for a digital native passionate about brand stories and the power of influencers to engage audiences with brands. Working for a hair brand that has a d2c presence as well as a presence in some of the key UK retailers, you will support the team on a range of brand and retail activations. The role will be focused around creating influencer partnerships, content partnerships and partnership activations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the hair / beauty space, excellent at building relationships, an excellent project manager, and have analytical skills to manage performance monitoring. You will be comfortable managing influencer outreach tools, have an eye for creative and engaging content, consumer centric approach, and be confident working across regular marketing activation campaigns. You might currently be a brand influencer manager, or a confident brand manager who is eager to explore the influencer activation space. Working on a multi award winning app which helps thousands of people within the health/ wellbeing space. The app is one product of a successful healthcare/ software platform that is all about improving patients wellbeing and experience with the healthcare system. We are looking for someone to come on board as the brand champion; driving excitement, interest and sales. The ambition is to build the brand into an international brand, which is loved by consumers, patients and clinicians. Customer Marketing Manager FMCG/ Alcohol Looking after a number of key markets for the business, you will take responsibility for planning and execution of channel/customer growth drivers. Working for a leading alcohol business across a number of key brands you will create an efficient process that ensures local tools are delivered on time and aligned to Global and Local Commercial strategies. About you: Understanding of local market, shopper, consumer, and customer insights to input into local customer marketing planning and feed into regional and global Experience in developing aligned activity calendars (including assets, brand events and activations) across all physical and digital channels. Omnichannel integration for each brand leveraging available support from Global Marketing Development of flexible and practical suite of tools (e.g. channel activation, customer engagement selling, shopper marketing framework) Ability to plan resource and A&P to target key market opportunities in key channels Strong relationship builder at a local level to support distributor teams to deliver best practice customer marketing solutions. Brand Manager

Brand Manager- ALCOHOL BRAND You will be responsible for some of the key brands in the portfolio in key markets across the EMEA region. With a passion for brand marketing you will also be confident reviewing a range of data sources such as retailer loyalty card data, IRI trends or consumer research reports to develop strategy. Working closely with the sales team, customers and distributors you will develop collaborative marketing plans that deliver against our aligned strategy, whilst bringing new products to market and developing trade & consumer facing communication materials that enable us to drive distribution and bring new consumers to the relevant brands. Key requirements: Commercially minded and strategic thinker - i.e have a clear steer on sales performance of their SKUs within their portfolio and understand what is driving growth Experienced and happy to work independently and autonomously Experienced in developing brand plans, leading consumer and trade focused marketing programmes, managing budgets, bringing NPD to market, developing new communications campaigns and building and delivering sales presentations. Experience presenting to sales teams and customers Enthusiastic, open minded and a team player - collaborate with a range of partners from internal marketing teams both in the UK and international offices, as well as marketing agency partners, EMEA sales team, external sales partners and European distributors.
