Clare has been with B&H for over 3 years and works across consumer brands- with a focus on FMCG. Prior to B&H, Clare spent most of her career in agency side roles – working on brand activation programmes for clients such as O2, Cadbury and Schweppes, a highlight was heading up the global sponsorship and colleague engagement programme for Cadbury’s sponsorship of London 2012. Her passion for people and brands, as well as her personal interest in psychology and counselling led her to a career within recruitment at B&H.

Reporting into the Head of Brand Marketing, this role will be responsible for the planning, creation, design, filming, creative writing and editing of engaging brand content. They have great offices in central London (once businesses do go back to office working!) The brand has a strong presence in European markets and core to this role will be interacting with the brand teams in Germany and France. They are looking for a Brand Manager to join their team working on 2 key brands in the portfolio. About the Role You will have responsibility for working across the full marketing mix for 2 well known brands. Both brands are at different stages and have different challenges and opportunities. You will input into the brand strategy and annual brand plans, supporting in brand communications as well as working on the innovation strategy. You will work closely with global teams, cross functional local teams and various agencies (research, comms, etc). You will be responsible for tracking brand KPI's and reporting on performance and for analysing market data, so it’s important that you are numerically literate and are comfortable working with financial and market information.
