Prior to B&H, Clare spent most of her career in agency side roles – working on brand activation programmes for clients such as O2, Cadbury and Schweppes, a highlight was heading up the global sponsorship and colleague engagement programme for Cadbury’s sponsorship of London 2012. Her passion for people and brands, as well as her personal interest in psychology and counselling led her to a career within recruitment at B&H.
