Individuals with proven track records in TV advertising and integrated communications, including PR, are still much sought after in client side positions.  The traditional model of ATL, BTL, SP has become more complicated with the arrival of digital communication, but brand development in FMCG still requires the full communications mix, whether at a global or local level.  In consumer brands outside of FMCG there are often opportunities for agency trained comms professionals to move client side into a brand and communications role.
