As part of a continued drive to improve standards within the business, Ball and Hoolahan has been appointed as a full member of APSCo, the Association of Professional Staffing Companies.
Ann Swain, APSCo Chief Executive commented:
“APSCo is delighted to welcome Ball and Hoolahan into its membership. All of our members have to commit to a strict Code of Conduct and a rigorous, independently verified, referencing process that means that APSCo is a trusted badge of quality for candidates and employers. It’s not easy to become an APSCo member and the fact that Ball and Hoolahan embraced this process shows their commitment to excellence.”
Marc Sigrist, MD for Ball and Hoolahan commented:
“I have long been aware of the work APSCo do on behalf of professional recruitment companies and it felt like a natural next step for Ball and Hoolahan to join given the focus we have on setting standards. To have our work and expertise independently corroborated is always nice, but more importantly demonstrates our strength and our DNA around expert, objective and consultative advice to all our customers. I’m thrilled that Ball and Hoolahan is part of a body with such similar values and look forward to working with customers where ‘a badge of quality’ is important.”
