  • At least five years marketing background in any of the disciplines we specialise in, with a real desire to be a recruitment consultant
  • Intelligence, energy, passion, drive, determination, self-motivation, empathy, ability to juggle many different "balls", results-orientation, flair, dynamism, commitment, charm, pro-activeness, sensitivity, maturity and commercial awareness
